All rooms are equipped with microwave ovens imported from USA. 2bedrrom+loft room has an induction cooker with an oven. There is a plenty of storage space besides kitchen and bathroom.

Planning / design and owner
As an architect, this work was created with the themes of "What is a balance between work and family?" And "What is a single assignment?"
The beginning of Techno Villa was to help attract companies, thinking that something was wrong with the times that I was able to do, and that I could do it within the scope of my own work.
Many of the people who have moved into Techno Villa so far are fathers who are assigned to work alone, and every time they hear that they said, "I enjoyed my stay in Kumamoto!" And "My family came to stay on the weekend." I am very happy.
The specifications are such that it can be used not only as a residence but also as a SOHO (Small Office Home Office) that is both a residence and an office, and has been well received.
